Starting today….
I’m going to be doing yoga errday for at least a half an hour! :3 It really is great for your body and an amazing stress reliever.

To eat or…or not to eat?
Should I ignore my tummy’s growls? I’ve been drinking PLENTY of water… and I really want to lose weight… but when should I ignore my hunger and when shouldn’t I?
I have also been trying to workout everyday… hmmm…
Could I get some good advice/tips? <3

Day 8…and day 9 (so far).. AHH
Ahhhh. Sorry guys! I was so tired yesterday and didn’t post anything about what I had eaten. Here it goes…
Breakfast;
1 egg
1 piece of toast with honey on it
1 cup of water
Lunch;
One piece of homemade whole-grain pizza
One apple
Some carrots
33oz of water
One small startbucks frap (>_> they’re hard to resist)
Pre-workout snack
One piece of wholegrain toast with honey on it….I just can’t get enough of it.
Cup ‘o water
YOGA FOR AN HOUR!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!!
Dinner;
Some greek yogurt with a bit of honey in it and granola

TODAY!!!!
1 egg
1 piece of whole grain toast
Glass ‘o water
Lunch
1 red organic Apple
Whole grain sammich with turkey and a bit of cheese
33oz of waterrrrrrr~ (I LOVE ME SOME WATA)
Dinner
A half a glass… smoothie/shake thingy with organic milk, 1 org. banana, some ice and some peanutbutter. <3

Day seven…dundun spinach
Breakfeast
Egg
Half a waffle with some homemade syrup
Glass of water
Half a glass of milk
Lunch
Salad with spinach, carrots and chopped up boiled eggs.
Banana
Apple
33oz of water
Pre-workout snack
Water
Half of the half of the waffle? o.o
Banana with a little bit of peanutbutter
Worked out for an HOUR kickboxing, did about 6 wall site for the CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK. <3 Feelin’ gewd. (burned about 700 calories)
Dinner
The last half of the half of the waffle. Lawl.
Omelette (2 eggs) with spinach and no nitrite sausage and mozarella cheese inside.
Still trying to become excited about veggies! (Probably not gonna happen…)

Day five! …I need to workout… >_>
Everything has been going really well. I just need to start working out >_< I suffer from a bit of acne, but since I have been drinking so much water I think it was helped a lot. My face is clearing up a ton! I also Feel better. It is becoming easier to drink water, too. :) I even rewarded myself with a HALF of a small cinnamon cookie. It didn’t taste very good, though… I’m starting to crave bananas and honey and good stuff! YAY! KEEP MOTIVATED, GUYS!! :)
Breakfeast;
Piece of whole grain toast with banana slices and honey (I’m addicted)
33oz of water
Lunch;
A boiled egg
A small bowl of organic oatmeal with some milk in it and honey
Dinner;
2 small sausage patties
1 whole grain homemade waffle with sucanat syrup.
2 cups of water

I.N.T.E.N.S.E: Challenge of the Week
Week 3 : This week’s challenge is wall-sits! Yes, I know we all just love them (I actually kind of do aha). Your challenge is to do a TOTAL of 5 minutes of wall-sitting everyday this week. No, you do not have to do the 5 minutes all at once. I recommend doing 1 minute intervals throughout the day….
